Chef Michel Mendes Soares teaches a Ribeye Steak with Cheese and Doritos!

Today we present you a Tomasi’s customer, chef and owner of Hamburgo Steak Style, Michel M. Soares.
He uses a Tomasi Professional Automatic Parrilla and shared with us a bit of his experience with an incredible recipe of Ribeye Steak with Cheese and Doritos. Check this out!
How was the beggining?
“It started as a hobby. I always loved to cook and all that Churrasco routine. I did several barbecue courses in Argentina and Uruguay, learning different ways to roast the meat with focus on their traditional parrilla. Things were getting into shape so then I traveled abroad and got to know the hamburger history in Hamburgo, Germany. That was the time I came up with the idea of opening a steakhouse”.

“Today’s tip is a Ribeye Steak with Cheese and Doritos!”
Ingredients:
Ribeye Steak cuts of 250/300g;
Salt and ground black pepper;
Cheddar, provolone, mozzarella and blue cheese;
50ml of milk;
Doritos.
Preparing:
1 I suggest Ribeye Steak pieces of 250/300gseasoned on both sides with salt and ground black pepper. With the griddle (or fridge) hot, put the meat on it and keep it there for 4 minutes, without turning. Later, turn and let there for more 2 minutes.
2 Put the meat to rest on a wooden tray for 1 minute before cutting (this will maintain the liquids of the meat inside of it and will let it juicy and tender)
3 On other tray put the cheeses and add the 50ml of milk.
4 Let it on the micro-wave for 1 minute, then retire it and mix it all, putting again into the micro-wave for another minute. To finish, just spill all over the Ribeye Steak and add Doritos. Guaranteed success!
